Angus MacDonald (politician)

Angus MacDonald ( born October 11, 1963 in Stornoway) is a Scottish politician and member of the Scottish National Party ( SNP).

MacDonald attended the wedge School and Grangemouth High School. He then worked in the family business in the agricultural sector. He is a longstanding member of the Regional Council of Falkirk and lives in Grangemouth.

For the first time MacDonald joined the Scottish Parliament elections in 2011 as a candidate of the SNP in the constituency of Falkirk East. He sat down significantly against the Labour candidate Cathy Peattie by, who won the constituency since the first elections for itself in 1999, and moved into the Scottish Parliament.
