Anicet-Georges Dologuélé

Anicet Georges Dologuélé (* 1957) was from 4 January 1999 to 1 April 2001 Prime Minister of the Central African Republic.

Political career

Before he became Prime Minister, Dologuélé served as Minister of Finance and the Budget in the government of President Michel Gbezera - Bria. Dologuélé was not a member of the ruling party Mouvement pour la Libération du Peuple Centrafricain ( MLPC ) and was therefore attacked by the latter.

On 1 April 2001, he was dismissed by President Ange-Félix Patassé and replaced by Martin Ziguélé. Dologuélé criticized this decision as alleged political considerations of good administration were preferred.
