Holly -like ( Aquifoliales ) are an order within the angiosperms ( Magnoliopsida ).
Description
There are mostly woody plants with change-constant fan leaves and very small stipules. The flowers are usually very small. They usually form drupes.
Dissemination
They appear mainly in the tropics.

The holly -like are within the Euasteriden II basalste group, ie the sister group of all other Euasteriden II They include five families:
