Aras Özbiliz

Aras Özbiliz, 2012

Aras Özbiliz (born 9 March 1990 in Bakırkoy, Turkey) is an Armenian footballer. Since 2013 he is at Spartak Moscow under contract.

Career

Özbiliz emigrated as a child with his Armenian family in Istanbul in the Netherlands and grew up in Hoorn. He began his career with the HVV Hollandia. Later he went to the youth department of Ajax Amsterdam, from where he ascended to the second team Jong Ajax in 2009. His professional debut in the Eredivisie he gave on 28 November 2010 when he came off the bench in the 2-0 win over VVV -Venlo after the half-time for Teemu Tainio. To his European Cup debut came Özbiliz on February 12, 2011, when he came off the bench in the sixteenth -final first leg of the UEFA Europa League against RSC Anderlecht in the 81st minute for Miralem Sulejmani.

3 April 2011 Özbiliz came to his first Profitor. In the 3-0 win over Heracles Almelo he came on in the 71st minute for Lorenzo Ebecilio and made in the 81st minute with a left shot 3-0.

In the summer of 2013 he moved to Spartak Moscow.

National

In October 2011 Özbiliz got the Armenian citizenship and was presented as a national team of Armenia.
