Artem Ovechkin

Artem Sergeevich Ovechkin (Russian Артём Сергеевич Овечкин; born July 11, 1986 in Berdsk, Novosibirsk Oblast ) is a Russian road bicycle racer.

Artem Ovechkin was established in 2007 in the prologue of the Russian stage race Way to Pekin third and later he was the fourth and the fifth stage decide for themselves. The next year he won the bronze medal in the individual time trial at the U23 European Championship in Stresa. At the World Championships in Varese Ovechkin was tenth in the time trial of the U23 class.
