Arthur Ryan Smith

Captain Arthur "Art " Ryan Smith Jr., OC, AOE, DFC ( born May 16, 1919 in Calgary, Alberta, † June 30, 2008 in Calgary, Alberta) was a Canadian journalist and politician of the Progressive Conservative Association of Alberta.
