Aschersleben/Land

In the administration of Community Aschersleben / country Salzlandkreis (Saxony- Anhalt) four municipalities were merged to perform their administrative business last.

The original four communities comprehensive VG was extended on 1 January 2005 the municipalities Drohndorf, Freckleben, Mehringen and Schackenthal from the dissolved Management Community Wippertal. On 24 February 2006, the municipality Wilsleben was incorporated into the town of Aschersleben. On 1 January 2008 the municipalities Mehringen, Freckleben and Drohndorf were incorporated into the town of Aschersleben.

On 1 January 2009, the administrative community was dissolved and the member municipalities United Schierstedt, Schackenthal and West Village incorporated into the town of Aschersleben. The management community had 30,021 inhabitants (December 31, 2006) on an area of ​​137.86 km ². Last Head of Administration Community was Andreas Michel man.
