Astrid Benöhr

Astrid Benöhr ( born October 8, 1957 in Bergisch Gladbach ) is a German ultra - triathlete.

Career

The mother of three children living in Finland ended in 1987 her first Ironman and still lives in her hometown of Bergisch Gladbach in the Bergische Land, holds the unofficial world records over the three -, four -, and five-time Ironman distance and heard claims to world to the people who have completed most Ironman distances.
