Asura Cryin'

Asura Cryin ' (Japaneseアスラク ライン, Asura Kurain ) is a Japanese light novel series by Gakuto Mikumo with illustrations by Nao Watanuki. She appeared between 2005 and 2010 and was adapted into a manga and anime television series.

Action

Tomoharu Natsume is one of the few survivors of a plane crash. Since then, the ghost of his childhood friend Misao Minakami, who was on board with him follows. As Misao he lost his memory after the crash at the previous events. After he came to the high school, the backgrounds are slowly revealing it when he comes with a silver suitcase in contact, the extractor is called. In this mecha Asura Machina, which he has from now on under his control slumbers. What he did not know is the fact that the control of Asura Machina requires a sacrifice.

The light novel series written by Gakuto Mikumo and provided by Nao Watanuki with illustrations in the style of anime / manga.

The first title of the series was released on 25 July 2005 in ASCII Media Works under their Dengeki Bunko imprint. The 14th and final volume was published on 10 February 2010.

Manga

A manga adaptation by Ryo Akizuki appeared in ASCII Media Works ' shōnen manga magazine Dengeki Daioh manga September 27, 2008 to September 27, 2010, the chapters were grouped into four tankōbon - anthologies. :

Anime

An adaptation into an anime television series produced by the studio Seven Arcs. Directed by Keizo Kusakawa, the previously Seven Arcs also the director of the anime Sekirei and implementation of Inukami! took over. Originally designed by Nao Watanuki character design was again reworked it by Atsushi Komori. The artistic direction took Toshiko Kaizu from Studio Tulip, which was mainly responsible for the backgrounds used in the scenes. The accompanying background music was directed by Mitsutaka Tajiri.

On April 2, the first episode on the Japanese television station AT- X aired, in the course of the week other broadcasts on the stations BS11 Digital, Chiba TV, KBS Kyoto, Sun TV, Tokyo MX, TV Aichi, TV Kanagawa and TV Saitama. The 13th and final episode of the first season was aired on June 25, 2009.

The second season called Asura Cryin ' 2 was aired from October 1, 2009 to December 24, 2009 on AT -X, with aforementioned transmitter wiederu during the week joined. Also this season consisted of 13 episodes and the production staff remained essentially unchanged.

Synchronization

Music

The music used in the opening and closing credits was produced in cooperation with Starchild Records. The soundtrack was composed by Mitsutaka Tajiri, while the opening and closing credits title comes from the band Angela.

For the first season was in the opening credits scroll and used uncredited link. Both titles were published on 15 May 2009 as a single, which reached number 15 on the Oricon charts. For the second season alternative (オルタナティヴ, Orutanativu ) were used in the opening credits and closing credits in Kanata no Delight (彼方 のdelight ) or instead for the last episode Kirafuwu (キラフワ). Alternative and kanato no Delight were also published on 18 November 2011 as a single, which reached number 16.
