Austria at the 1900 Summer Olympics

Since the Austrian Olympic Committee was founded in 1908, a committee was formed of sending the athletes of Cisleithania, part of the country Austria / Bohemia from Austria - Hungary, as already for the Olympic Games in Athens. The Vienna Comité for feeding the Paris Olympics in 1900 was again supported by a group of nobles. Among them was like 1896 Eduard Graf Lamezan -Salins.

How many Austrians took part in the Summer Olympic Games in 1900 is not entirely clear. On the homepage of the Austrian Olympic Committee is at a point of 9 elsewhere of 11 athletes of the question. For further confusion, inter alia, the question whether the carriage driving is to count the Olympic competitions in Paris creates. On this page, all 15 athletes will be listed on their shows, records are available.
