Baldwin is completely surrounded by the city of Jacksonville.

Demographics

According to the 2010 census, the then 1,425 inhabitants distributed to 664 households. The population density was 259.1 inh. / Km ². 73.7 % of the population were white, 21.9% African American, 0.2% Native American and 0.3 % Asian Americans. 0.4 % were members of other ethnic groups and 3.5% in different ethnic groups. 2.2% of the population were Hispanic or Latino.
