Balthazar (Band)

Balthazar is a Belgian indie rock band from Ghent. The band was founded in 2004. It consists of the members Maarten Devoldere, Jinte Deprez, Patricia Vanneste, Simon Casier and Christophe Claeys.

The band won several national talent contests and played in the contest Humo 's Rock Rally, before they played among others on the Pukkelpop and Rock Werchter Festival. So far they have released two albums. The first album Applause was released in 2010, the second album was followed by Council in 2012.
