Belarus women's national volleyball team

The White Russian national volleyball team of women is a selection of the best Belarusian players, representing the Belaruskaja Federazyja Walejbola ( Belarusian Беларуская федэрацыя валейбола ) in international tournaments and international matches. The team was founded in 1991 after the collapse of the Soviet Union.

History

The White Russians took from 1993 to 1997 three times in a row on a European Volleyball Championship in part and were twice eighth and ninth once. At the European Championships in 2007, it was enough only for 16th place and at the European Championships 2009 15th Place and only at the European Championships in 2013 to 12th place. The White Russian women could never qualified for the World Volleyball Championships or Olympic Games. The World Cup and the World Grand Prix found previously also held without Belarusian participation.
