Ben Crane

Benjamin McCully Crane ( born March 6, 1976 in Portland, Oregon) is an American professional golfer on the PGA TOUR.

As a five year old, he learned the game of golf with his grandfather. After attending the University of Oregon in 1999 he was professional golfer and won in 2000 and 2001 by a tournament on the second lined up Nationwide Tour. Crane was eligible to play for the big PGA TOUR from 2002 and took the following year, his first title at the BellSouth Classic. In 2005 he succeeded the second tournament victory and in February 2006 Crane was the best -placed, youngest Americans in the World Golf Rankings. In the Open Championship in July 2006, he reached the remarkable eleventh place.

In 2010 he won at the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines. It was his third victory on the PGA Tour.
