Besiri (Kurdish: Qubin ) is a town and a district in Turkey. Since 18 May 1990 It belongs to the province of Batman and is located in Southeastern Anatolia.

The district has 30,184 inhabitants Besiri, the town 8058 (2010). In the region live predominantly Kurdish, Kurdish, it is mostly spoken. A religious minority represent the Yezidis

In the district there are 51 villages.
