Rochat began his career at FC Renens and moved in March 2002 to FC Crissier, where he played for nearly two years until he was discovered in February 2004 by FC Lausanne-Sport and contracted. For FC Lausanne-Sport he played a total of two games in the Challenge League until he joined the Team Vaud U18 before joining the French top club Lille OSC on 23 September 2008.

On 9 April 2009 he wrote as a 18 -year-old a four -year contract with Swiss club FC Sion. In July 2011, Rochat was committed by Neuchâtel Xamax. However, his contract dortiger already lost its validity in January 2012, after Xamax the license had been revoked and the first club later filed for bankruptcy little. Therefore, he moved to the 2012/13 season for Yverdon -Sport FC, was there previously but used rarely.

National

Rochat played in the Swiss U -17 national team at the U-17 Football Championship in Turkey in 2008 and played in 2008 for the Swiss U-18 Youth National Team.
