Blackwall (New South Wales)

Blackwall is a suburb in Mittlerer coast of New South Wales in Australia. It is located from the center Woy Woy Woy Woys immediately south of the Brisbane Water, 81 kilometers north of Sydney, 15 km south of Gosford and 3 km. The municipality is part of the Gosford City Local Government Area.

Blackwall was named in 1863 after Blackwall on the Thames by rock Davis, a shipbuilder in place. Blackwall on the Thames was known in England in the years 1837-1869 as a manufacturer of Blackwall refrigerators.

In the center there are numerous shops. Blackwell has a public school with kindergarten. Further, in Blackwall a police station.

The suburb has a slipway for boats and a recreational area, the Kitchener Reserve where there are trails and viewpoints on Blackwell Mountain. The portion east of Kitchener- park called Orange Grove.
