Franklin Roberto Lashley (* July 16, 1976 in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, United States) is an American professional wrestler, wrestlers and MMA fighters.

He was known primarily by his ring name Bobby Lashley and currently he is in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling under contract. Currently Lashley's TNA contract is exposed due to its targeted MMA career and he was removed from the active roster.

Background in sports

Lashley graduated from Missouri Valley College and graduated in 1999 with a degree in Human Service Agency Management from. During this time he was able to win three national championships in wrestling between 1996 and 1998. He was also in 1997 and 1998 NAIA champion in wrestling.
