The Bode is a 20 km long river in the counties of calibration field and Nordhausen in Thuringia.

Course

The source area is in the south of Ohmgebirge Holungen between the Black Mountain ( 491.4 m ) in the north, the Ochsenberg ( 514.6 m) in the southeast and the Bornberg ( 523.7 m) in the southwest.
