Bol d'Or cycle race
The Bol d'Or (French for golden bowl ) was a French track racing, which was then discharged 1894-1928 and again in 1950. It was a 24 -hour race behind pacemakers.
From 1894 to 1897, 1902 to 1928, the pacing machine was a tandem, 1898 and 1900 was a three-seater, 1899, an electric tandem and, in 1950, a Derny.
1900, the Bol d'Or was held in Paris as part of the professional race of the Olympic Games 1900.
