Bolshaya Neva River

The Great River Neva (Russian Большая Нева, Bolshaya Neva ) is the larger left arm in the delta of the Neva.

It runs from the castle bridge to Newabucht ( Невская губа ) and is about 3.5 kilometers long. Its width varies between 200 and 400 meters. The Great Neva is up to 12.8 meters deep. In the Great Neva, the Fontanka, Moika, and the Novo- Admiraltejski channel flow.

The Great Neva River is crossed by two bridges, the castle and the bridge Blagoveshchensky Bridge.
