Bostjan Goličič

Bostjan golicic ( born June 12, 1989 in Kranj, SR Slovenia) is a Slovenian ice hockey player who is since 2012 in the Diables Rouges de Briançon in the French Ligue Magnus under contract. His brother Yuri is also a professional hockey player.

Career

Bostjan golicic began his career as a hockey player in the junior department of the HK Bled, for the U20 juniors he played from 2003 to 2007. Between 2005 and 2007, he also played for the seniors team of the club in the fourth highest Austrian league. From 2007 to 2009 the winger for the Calgary Hitmen ran in the Canadian junior Western Hockey League in which he in the 2008 /09 season with his team until the playoff final for the Ed Chynoweth Cup the Kelowna Rockets in the best-of -Seven series with 2:4 victories subject.

For the 2009/10 season golicic received a contract for HDD Olimpija Ljubljana, for which he in the Austrian Hockey League in 47 games scoring eight goals in his rookie year in professional hockey, and gave 17 assists. He also ran for Ljubljana end of the season in the Slovenian Hockey League on. In the season 2010/11, rising to 29 points scorer, of which ten goals in 58 games for the Ljubljana team from the Austrian Hockey League. At the end of the season he played again in the Slovenian Hockey League. In the summer of 2012, he joined the Diables Rouges de Briançon in the French Ligue Magnus.

Internationally

For Slovenia golicic took part in the junior level at the U18 World Junior Championships Division I 2006 and 2007 and the U20 World Junior Championships Division I 2008 and 2009.

In the senior level, he stood in his country's squad at the World Championship Division I in 2010, the World Championship of Division IA in 2012 and the A- World Cup 2011.
