Brock (Soltau)

Brock is a district of the city in the district of Soltau Heide district in Lower Saxony. The village has about 140 inhabitants. At Brock also includes the hamlet of Bassel, Picking Brock, Penzhorn and Imbrock.

Location

Brock lies on the Lüneburg Heath south of Soltau on the River Böhme. By Brock federal highway 3 and the A 7 runs The connection point Soltau -Süd is also located in Brock.

History

On March 1, 1974 Brock was incorporated into the town of Soltau.
