Bruce Reitherman

Phillip Bruce Reitherman ( born September 15, 1955 in Burbank, California ) is a cameraman, screenwriter, producer, and also borrowed the Disney characters Mowgli ( The Jungle Book ) and Christopher Robin ( Winnie the Pooh ) in the original versions of his voice.

Life

As the son of Disney director Wolfgang Reitherman Reitherman received as a child above speaking roles in Disney films. Even his brothers Richard and Robert were given a voice and that in The Sword in the Stone.

Today Reitherman is responsible for the camera work in the first place, but also acts as a producer and screenwriter for television nature documentaries. In 1998 he received an Emmy along with Steve Downer, David Fortney, Robert Fulton, Bob Landis and Neil Rettig for the episode Denali: Alaska 's Great Wilderness from the U.S. documentary series The Living Edens.
