Bruno Kernen (born 1961)

Bruno Kernen ( born March 25, 1961 in Schönried, Canton of Bern ) is a retired Swiss ski racer.

Nuclei won at the Junior European Championships 1979 in Achenkirch the bronze medal in the downhill and was able to score from 1982 to 1986 in the World Cup. During his World Cup career, he ran 22 times in the top ten. His biggest success in 1983 was winning the Hahnenkamm race in Kitzbühel.

Bruno Kernen has a younger namesake: Bruno Kernen, born in 1972, who was also a ski racer.

Cores operates today with his family in his hometown Schönried a hotel.
