Bruno Putzulu

Bruno Putzulu ( born June 16, 1967 in Toutainville, Eure) is a French stage and film actor.

Life

Bruno Putzulu, whose father is from Sardinia, grew up in Normandy. First, he wanted to be a football player, for several years he was a member of an amateur club. When he saw Bruce Lee in a movie, he decided to become an actor. In 1990 he entered the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique in Paris a three-year study acting. From 1994 to 2003 he was a regular at the Comédie - Française on the theater stage. There he met his college friend Philippe Torreton again, who introduced him director Bertrand Tavernier. Tavernier eventually hired him for his film The Decoy (L' APPAT, 1995), became known to a wider audience with the Putzulu.

This was followed by small roles in movies like Jefferson in Paris ( 1995) with Nick Nolte. In 1997, he Putzulu for his performance in Les Aveux de l' innocent nominated for a César Award for Most Promising Actor, he was finally in 1999 in the same category for school of seduction ( Petits désordres amoureux ) win. In 2001 he played the title role in Jean -Luc Godard's film on love ( Éloge de l' amour ). In Holy Lola (2004) he came again next Jacques Gamblin and Isabelle Carré, directed by Tavernier used. In 2009, he was also seen in Claude Berri's last film, The Little House tyrant ( Trésor ).
