Budaniv

Budaniw (Ukrainian Буданів; Russian Буданов / Budanov, Polish Budzanów ), is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast Ternopil on the river Seret. The Budzanów Founded in 1549 and located in eastern Galicia was first within the nobility Republic of Poland - Lithuania to the province of Podolia, and then from 1772 to the end of the First World War with Austria - Hungary. The place had about 5300 inhabitants in 1900, there were Roman Catholic churches and a number of Hasidic Jews. Today the town has about 1700 inhabitants.

At the district municipality belongs next to the village even the village Papirnja ( Папірня ).
