Buena Vista, Ichilo

Buena Vista is a country town in the department of Santa Cruz in the lowlands of the South American landlocked country like Bolivia.

Buena Vista is a central location and administrative capital of the Province Ichilo. It lies at an altitude of 395 m above sea level on the right bank of the Río Ichilo, 90 kilometers southwest of the capital of the department of Santa Cruz.

Geography

Buena Vista is located in the tropical humid climate of the eastern edge of the Andes mountain range of the Cordillera Oriental. The region was covered before colonization by subtropical rainforest, but today it is mostly cultivated land.
