Villa Tunari

Villa Tunari is a country town in the Cochabamba Department in the South American Andes State of Bolivia.

Villa Tunari is the central place of the district ( bolivian: Municipio) Villa Tunari in the province of Chapare. The city lies on the Rio Chapare at an altitude of 310 m at the foot of the eastern Andean chains between the cities of Cochabamba and Santa Cruz.

Geography

Villa Tunari is located in the Bolivian lowlands on the northern edge of the Cordillera Oriental. The climate is tropical with a pronounced diurnal climate.
