Burley is a city in Cassia County and its county seat in the U.S. state of Idaho. Burley is also the birthplace of Gary Peacock, a jazz bass player.

Geography

The village is located partially in Minidoka County, covers an area of 11.9 km ² (4.2 mi ²), of which 0.3 km ² water surface. The region around Burley offers activities throughout the year. In summer, on the Snake River boat trips, mountain mountain-biking and mountain climbing and winter, the nearby ski Pomerelle Ski activities.

History
