Reception

According to the German magazine Animania the series is determined by the temperamentally very different scale female main characters. This will often set to fan service, but not as flat as in other productions. In particular, Jo and Django showed the influence of a Western - style on the series, which affected also on the music and the environment. The music support well the plot and the animations are partly due to a high level. However, the computer graphics showed in some places weaknesses, so that the series does not reach the quality as the previously produced by Studio Gonzo series Last Exile. The act is designed little cryptic and Action, the figure of Kyohei WOULD out of place, he did not fit the rest of the series. Nevertheless offering Burst Angel good " popcorn entertainment ".
