Plagiarism dispute

In February 2010, was a federal judge in Sydney that the flute riff from Down Under parts of the classic Australian song " Kookaburra Sits in the Old Gum Tree " from the year 1934 by Marion Sinclair plagiarized. The Federal Court found here that the copyright had not expired ( Sinclair died in 1988 ) and now stood at Larrikin Music. Accordingly, the Court was an essential part of "Down Under" plagiarized. Larrikin Music claimed 60 % of the license fee as compensation, but the court found only 5% of all profits from the year 2002, which corresponded to approximately 670 000 EUR.

In October 2010, " Business as Usual " in the book " 100 Best Australian Albums " lists.
