Butterfly is one of the most famous songs of Smile.dk. It was released in 1998 on Smile, the debut album of the band. The song was written by Robert Uhlmann and Robin Rex and composed.
Butterfly was known far beyond Sweden addition, because it occurs in the first version of Konami music video game Dance Dance Revolution and Dance Dance Revolution 3rdMix. Moreover, the successor to Dance Dance Revolution X as a tribute remix of the song.
2009, the song with Veronica and Malin is newly recorded on 13 March 2009 under the title Butterfly '09 ( United Forces Airplay Edit) published.
Because of the similarity to the J-Pop song is often mistakenly attributed to Ayumi Hamasaki. The South African hip- hop band Die Antwoord honored the song with their song Enter the Ninja, which was published in 2010.
