Camp (TV series)

Camp is an American dramedy television series created by Liz Helden. Produced in 2013 the series of Berman Brown, Matchbox Pictures, Selfish Mermaid and Universal Television for U.S. broadcaster NBC. The series revolves around the Camp Little Otter, which is led by Mackenzie Granger. The camp is the scene of numerous escapades of campers and coaches. The first broadcast in the United States took place from July to August 2013 NBC following America's Got Talent.

Action

The newly divorced Mackenzie Granger leads the Camp Little Otter. After the failure of her marriage, she wants to bring the dilapidated Camp back on track. But it has received by another camp competition, which is calculated out by Roger Shepard, an affair of Mackenzie. Her son Buzz Granger is at a crossroads. He wants to lose his virginity this summer. Other employees at the camp are Sarah and Robbie, in the summer are a couple every year. Robbie hopes again on common times, but Sarah has fallen in love with a writer who has rented on the opposite side of the camp a house.

Production and broadcasting

On January 6, 2013 NBC announced the appointment of the 10 - part series. The album was produced by heroes Liz and Peter Elkoff, who also developed the series. The starting date of the summer was called 2013. In February 2013 Thom Green was the first a major role in the series. He was followed a few days later, Rachel Griffiths, Tim Pocock and Dena Kaplan in other major roles. Production began in March 2013 in Australia.

The series was broadcast on 10 July to 11 September 2013 at the transmitter. The first episode reached just five million viewers who fell in the coming weeks, to 3.41 million. After one season, the show was set.
