Canton of Argueil

The Canton Argueil is a French administrative unit in the arrondissement of Dieppe, in the Seine -Maritime in the Haute -Normandie; its chief town is Argueil, Representative to the General Council of the department was 2001-2008 Michel Cordonnier (DVD). He was followed by Daniel Buquet ( DVG ) to.

Geography

The Canton Argueil is 18,050 acres ( 180.50 km ²) in size and has (2006) 4,945 inhabitants, which corresponds to a population density of 25 inhabitants per km ². He is on average 160 meters above sea level, between 53 m in Croisy -sur- Andelle and 231 m in Beauvoir -en- Lyons.

2012 has been extracted from the community Sigy -en- Bray, the municipality of Saint -Lucien. From 1973 to 2011 she was part of Sigy -en- Bray.
