The canton of Saint- Cyprien is a French administrative unit in the arrondissement of Sarlat- la -Caneda in the Dordogne and the Aquitaine region; its capital is Saint- Cyprien, Representative to the General Council of the department since 2001, re-elected in 2008, Francis Dutard

The canton is 195.36 km ² and had (1999) 6,483 inhabitants, which corresponds to a population density of 33 inhabitants per km ². He is on average 96 meters above sea level, between 45 m in Coux -et -Bigaroque and 267 m in Bézenac.
