Cape Breton Regional Municipality
Cape Breton Regional Municipality ( CBRM ) is an amalgamation of several cities in the province of Nova Scotia in Canada into one administrative unit and includes a part of the Cape Breton Island.
The management unit, which currently has about 97,000 inhabitants, was decided on 1 August 1995 at the Cape Breton Regional Municipality Act and is now after the Halifax Regional Municipality, the second largest in the province. In 2006, there were 4,670 ( ie about 4.6 %), the North American Indians belonging to residents.
