Carlos Santos de Jesus
Carlos Santos de Jesus, in match reports often only Carlos (born 27 February 1985 in São Paulo, Brazil ) is a Brazilian footballer. In 2007 he received the Croatian citizenship.
Career
From São Paulo FC coming, for he came to no use in the first team, he moved on 30 January 2006 for a transfer fee of € 40,000 to the Croatian club Dinamo Zagreb. He played as a central defender and left-back. After he still regularly came into use in the first season in Croatia, its use reduced but visibly. In 2008 he was awarded to the league rivals NK Varteks after coach Marijan Vlakohne planned it. After his return, he played often in the starting XI, but Leandro Cufré new coach was, he found himself on the bench. Overall, however, he participated in his four years at Dinamo Zagreb from the success of the club and Won the club at that time four league titles and three times the Cup of Croatia. In February 2010, he moved on loan to Shandong Luneng in the Chinese Super League.
