Carol Telbisz

Karl Telbisz ( Bulgarian Карол Телбиз, Hungarian Károly Telbisz, rum Carol, . Born November 19, 1854 in Csanád, Hungary, † July 14, 1914 in Temesvár ) was a lawyer and 1885-1914 mayor of Temesvár.

Life

Karl Telbisz was born in Cenad the son of Bulgarian parents from Star Bišnov (now Dudeştii Vechi, dt Altbeschenowa ). He attended high school Raab in Szeged, where he graduated from high school in June 1872. 1872-1877 he studied law at Pest and then received his doctorate in administrative law in Vienna. Telbisz settled in 1888 as a lawyer in Timisoara down and in 1883 the urban upper attorney. In 1885 he was elected for four years as Mayor of Timisoara.
