Casey Powell

Casey Powell ( born February 18, 1976 in West Carthage, New York) is an American lacrosse player. He was the captain of the U.S. national team at the Lacrosse World Cup 2006. Besides, he plays indoor lacrosse in the National Lacrosse League for the New York Titans.

Powell plays in the defensive attack. Since 1995 he plays in the college team of Syracuse University. His two brothers, Ryan and Mikey, as well as excellent lacrosse players.

Powell played from 2001 to 2005 in Major League Lacrosse (MLL ) first at the Long Iceland Lizards until he moved to the Rochester Rattlers in 2003. In 2005 he was player of the year in the MLL.
