Castelloza

Castelloza was a Trobairitz the early 13th century. Little is known about their lives. According to their Vida she came from Auvergne and was married to a man named Truc Mairona. Probably it is to be settled in the vicinity of the troubadours Peirol.

Four songs for her to have survived, but by no melody. This makes it next to Beatriz de Dia, the only Trobairitz, is obtained from more than one song. The theme of their songs is the betrayed love.
