Cebu Ferries is a Philippine shipping company based in Cebu City is the fourth largest shipping company in the country. Main investor is Pier 4 in Cebu.

Cebu Ferries was a subsidiary of William Gothong & Aboitiz (WG & A) and has been adopted it in the division, as well as Super Ferry and SuperCat, the successor company Aboitiz.
