Cernache do Bonjardim is a small town ( Vila ) in Portugal.

History

The community was founded in 1555 as São Sebastião de Cernache do Bonjardim. The place has long been considered one of the largest villages of Portugal until he was raised on 20 August 1995 small town ( Vila ).

Sports

The football club Grupo Desportivo de Vitória Sernache founded in 1948, plays its home games at the 4,500 -seat municipal stadium Estádio Municipal Nuno Pereira Álveres.
