Chad Gray

Chad Lee Gray ( born October 16, 1971 in Decatur, Illinois) is a singer of American nu-metal band Mudvayne. In the band, he also has the nickname of " Kud " or " Chüd ". He is also the lead singer of the metal band Hellyeah.

In 1996, Gray with guitarist Greg Tribbett, drummer Matthew McDonough and Sean Barclay bassist, the band Mudvayne, but Barclay was later replaced by Ryan Martinie. Gray founded his own record label called Bullygoat Records.

Gray is characterized further for the lyrics of the band. His singing is described as a mixture of calm and melodic singing and screaming.

Gray co-founded with Vinnie Paul 2006, the band Hellyeah.
