Chendo

Miguel Porlán Noguera ( born October 12, 1961 in Totana, Murcia), player name Chendo, is a former Spanish footballer.

Career

Chendo was discovered at the age of 15 years in youth his home club Totana Real Madrid scouts. After three years in the offspring of the people of Madrid he finally moved to the Second Team Real Madrid Castilla, where he remained three years. In the 1982/83 season he was under coach Luis Molowny some inserts in the first squad, and a year later he was an integral part of the professional team. In his 16 years at Real Madrid Chendo, which is usually occupied the position of right-back reached, a variety of titles. Seven times he won the Spanish Cup, the trophy twice, five times the Supercup and once the Ligacup. Internationally, he conquered with Real Madrid twice in the UEFA Cup and in his last season, finally, the UEFA Champions League.

National

With the Spanish national team Chendo contested the World Cup finals in 1986 and 1990. Overall, he brought it to 26 missions.
