Chiquitano (also: Chiquito or Besiro ) is an indigenous language in South America, which is native to the Bolivian regions of Chiquitania and the Gran Chaco. It is still spoken, especially in the Bolivian department of Santa Cruz, Beni, and there in the following provinces: Province Ñuflo de Chávez Province José Miguel de Velasco, Ángel Sandoval Province, Germán Busch Province, Ichilo Province, Chiquitos Province and Iténez, in some municipios also from Brazil.
