Chris Fleming (basketball)

Chris Fleming ( born March 3, 1970 in Fork River, New Jersey ) is a retired American professional basketball player and current coach.

Career

He played in the U.S. from 1984 to 1988 for the Lacey Township High School and from 1989 to 1993 for the University of Richmond. In 1994 he moved to Germany at the Artland Dragons, where he spent six years active and took over the coaching reins as head coach after his career end in 2000. He led the Quakenbrücker 2002/ 03 in the National Basketball League. End of May 2008, he signed a contract with the BBL league rivals Brose Baskets Bamberg, where he became the successor of the former German coach Dirk Bauer man.
