Chris Sørensen

Chris Sørensen ( born July 27, 1977 in Randers ) is a Danish football player, who is active in the Danish second division club Randers FC since January 2012.

Career

In the club

After youth clubs in his hometown of Randers was launched in 2002 with the change to Vejle BK the leap into professional football. After he played here two years, he moved in August 2004 to Odense BK.

Sorensen was for many years captain of Odense BK. On January 4, 2012, he signed a contract until 31 December 2013 at Randers FC.

In the National Team

Sørensen was nominated as part of the qualifying matches for Euro 2008 by coach Morten Olsen in the squad. Here he played on 17 October 2007 against Latvia for the first time for the team of his home country. Four more missions have been added (as of 11 February 2009).
