Christian Swärd

January Cristian Robin Swärd ( born March 28, 1987 in Karlstad ) is a Swedish professional ice hockey player who last played until 2011 for the Skåre BK in the Swedish Division 1.

Career

Swärd began his career in the youth team of unterklassigen Association Hammarö HC before he played from the 2002/03 season in the U18 team of Färjestad BK. For this the right shooter scored a total of 25 points scorer in 38 games. For the season 2005/ 06 he moved to Skåre BK in the third Swedish Hockey League, the Division 1 During this time was the right winger in the squad for four games of the Elitserienvereins Färjestad BK.

At the beginning of the season 2008/ 09 the polar bears Juniors Berlin committed to Sweden and put him in a league team. In January 2009 Swärd was equipped with a license for the first team and went for the Polar Bears Berlin on the ice, with whom he became German champion in the same season. After this success, he returned to Skåre BK, for which he played a further two years until 2011. Since then, he is without a club.
