Christina Weir

Christina Weir ( * in New York) is an author of comics and television shows. She writes with her husband, Nunzio DeFilippis, whom she met when both were students at Vassar College.

Career

Both have written for two seasons of the show HBO's Arli $ $ and selling ideas for episodes of the animated series Kim Possible.

They published several graphic novels and miniseries by the independent publisher Oni Press, so Skinwalker, Three Strikes, Maria 's Wedding, The Tomb, Once In A Blue Moon and the recently issued Past Lies. Their work at Oni led to work at Marvel Comics, and the reappearance of the latest version of the Comcreihe New Mutants. The comic was in New X -Men: Academy X renamed. In the series they worked three years and created new mutant characters with super powers for Marvel's X - Men franchise, such as Surge, Hellio, day and Rockslide. These figures also appeared in Wonder Woman, Adventures Of Superman and the final Secret Files series.

The duo also translated manga, so for the Del Rey Guru Guru Pon - Chan, Sugar Sugar Rune and Kagetora. Later they worked on English comics in manga style, which appear at Seven Seas Entertainment. These are Amazing Agent Luna and Destiny's hand.
